Bullet CONFERENCE FEES
 Fees for the entire conference (excluding accommodation, which must be booked separately) are:
IAFP MEMBERS: £340 / €395 / $526
NON-IAFP MEMBERS: £387 / €451 / $599

This includes:
a) attendance at both days of the conference (Friday 30th March and Sat 31st March)
b) welcome reception on Thursday evening, 29th March
c) Gala dinner on 30th March
Guests of delegates may attend the gala dinner for an additional fee of £50/€58/$77 per person.
The gala dinner is an integral part of the conference, providing important networking opportunities. However, we offer a reduction of £50/€58/$77 on the above fee to delegates who cannot attend the dinner.

NB: For delegates who pay by credit card online, Nochex (the IAFP's online payment processor)  will bill the sterling amount in their currency. This may differ slightly from the above rates depending on daily currency variations

CANCELLATION TERMS & CONDITIONS
 Cancellations must be notified in writing but delegate substitutions can be made up to one week in advance of the event.

100% cancellation charges will apply for the conference registration fee 14 days before the start of the conference. Cancellation refunds will be processed after the conference.
